Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of MJ Rewards. By creating an account or joining an organization's rewards program, you agree to these Terms. Each organization may also publish its own program rules, which apply in addition to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. New accounts must verify their email address, and business and platform accounts are required to enable two-factor authentication.

Rewards & points

Points, offers, and rewards have no cash value and are governed by each organization's program rules, including earning rates, redemption minimums, and expiration. Points may be adjusted to correct errors; every adjustment is logged with a reason.

Memberships & billing

Monthly packages are recurring subscriptions billed by the selling organization through its connected Stripe account. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Benefits remain available only while a subscription is active or within any configured grace period. Cancellations and refunds follow the organization's stated policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations or customers, or interfere with its operation.

The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, MJ Rewards disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
