This Privacy Policy explains how MJ Rewards ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the platform. Each participating business (an "organization") is an independent controller of the customer data associated with its own rewards program.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, and optional phone and birthday), the rewards activity you generate (points, check-ins, redemptions), and membership records for packages you purchase. We do not store complete credit-card numbers — all payments are collected and processed by Stripe using its secure, hosted payment pages.

How we use information

We use your information to operate rewards programs, process membership payments, send transactional notifications, and provide support. Marketing communications are only sent when you opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from your profile without affecting essential account messages.

Data isolation & security

The platform is multi-tenant: your data is isolated per organization, and one organization can never access another organization's customers or records. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and sensitive administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Some records are retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes even after account closure. Contact us to exercise your rights.
