Create a free customer account, then search for the business by name on the welcome page or enter the organization code they gave you. You can belong to several rewards programs from one account.

You earn points automatically on purchases, check-ins, referrals, and birthdays according to each business's program rules. Redeem points for rewards from the My Rewards page or in person — staff can validate a reward using your QR code.

Some businesses offer recurring membership packages with premium benefits, billed monthly through their secure Stripe checkout. You can view benefits, invoices, and renewal dates, update your payment method, or cancel from the Billing page.

MJ Rewards never stores your full card details. All payments are collected on Stripe's hosted, PCI-compliant pages, and each business is paid through its own connected Stripe account.

Go to Profile → Security and scan the QR code with an authenticator app. Two-factor authentication is required for business and platform accounts and recommended for everyone.

Create a business account, verify your email, add your locations or groups, design your rewards program and offers, then connect your Stripe account to begin selling monthly packages.
